Part Time - Adjunct Instructors - Fall 2025

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the part-time adjunct instructors at **Members Only** is to deliver high-quality educational experiences to law students in specified subject areas. For the Fall 2025 semester, the focus is on the area of Bankruptcy Law. Instructors are expected to:

- Provide instruction in their area of expertise, utilizing a variety of teaching methodologies to engage students.
- Develop and implement experiential learning courses that may include simulations, writing exercises, and research projects.
- Contribute to the curriculum by bringing practical, real-world legal experiences into the classroom.
- Participate in the academic community by potentially developing new course ideas or enhancing existing curriculum offerings.
- Fulfill all duties associated with teaching, including grading, providing feedback, and maintaining office hours for student consultations.

Education and Experience Information:
Applicants for the adjunct instructor positions should possess the following qualifications:

- A distinguished record of law practice in the subject matter they wish to teach or substantial experience in teaching the course subjects.
- A Juris Doctor (.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Scholarly or professional publications relevant to the field of law.
- Active participation and leadership roles in bar associations or other professional organizations related to the subject matter.
- While candidates who can teach in person at either the Carlisle or University Park locations are preferred, flexible work arrangements, such as remote or hybrid teaching opportunities, may be considered.
