Instructors may also have opportunities to develop and teach courses that focus on applied lawyering skills through simulations, writing, and research.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering course content effectively to students in the subject matter area.
- Developing and updating course materials and syllabi.
- Engaging with students to facilitate learning and provide guidance on academic progress.
- Evaluating student performance through grading assignments, exams, and participation.
