The adjunct instructor will be responsible for teaching courses in the area of Bankruptcy Law for the Spring 2026 semester at **Members Only**, in either Carlisle or University Park, Pennsylvania. Instructors may also have opportunities to develop and teach courses that focus on applied lawyering skills through simulations, writing, and research.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering course content effectively to students in the subject matter area.
- Developing and updating course materials and syllabi.
- Engaging with students to facilitate learning and provide guidance on academic progress.
- Evaluating student performance through grading assignments, exams, and participation.
- Participating in faculty meetings and contributing to the development of the department's academic programs.
- Maintaining an active presence within the professional community related to the course subject.

Education and Experience Information:
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- A Juris Doctor (.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
