Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with accomplished trial lawyers in a well-established and dominant law firm.
- Engage in litigation and trial law, including court appearances and depositions.
- Conduct legal research and navigate complex legal matters effectively.
- Handle mass torts and/or toxic torts, which is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Participate in common benefit and steering committee work, which is preferred but not mandatory.
- Navigate mass tort litigation and manage common benefit assignments.
- Conduct expert depositions from the onset of employment.

Education and Experience Information:
- Up to 5 years of experience in litigation, trial law, court appearances, depositions, legal research, and complex legal matters.
