Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, and insurance coverage issues.
- Provide top-notch legal representation and counsel to clients.

- Maintain a strong book of business and actively participate in business development efforts.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction litigation.
- Active member in good standing of the Tennessee Bar.
- Excellent client service skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
