Law Firm is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its Houston office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in Corporate, Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Compliance, Finance and Securities. Identify legal risks and recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies; Support business initiatives and acquisitions; Perform special projects as assigned. Qualifications The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications: Strong legal research, writing and drafting skills; Strong communication skills; Big law experience - a plus; Foreign languages - a plus.
