**Members Only**, a growing law firm in Indianapolis, is seeking a full-time Intellectual Property Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in the field. Our firm focuses on delivering value to our clients and supporting the growth and development of our team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 3+ years of experience practicing intellectual property law to advise clients on various matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
- Maintain strong client relationships and produce at least $150k of work per year
- Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and manage clients' IP portfolios
- Stay up-to-date with changes in IP law and industry trends and conduct legal research to support clients' needs
- Exhibit independent judgment and discretion with a strong attention to detail
- Possess a high level of moral character, a hard-working mindset, and practical knowledge
- Communicate effectively both internally with team members and while advising clients
