Job Title: Student Interns
The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is offering an exciting opportunity for undergraduate and law students to participate in an unpaid internship during the Fall semester. This internship will take place at the Enforcement Services & Training Bureau's Training Academy in Sea Girt.
As an intern, you will be assigned to one of the Division's Bureaus or supporting Units and Offices, where you will receive supervision from a Detective or Deputy Attorney General. The overall program will be supervised by an Assistant Attorney General.

During the internship, undergraduate students will gain valuable experience in investigative aspects related to criminal law, which will complement their studies in Criminal Justice or related fields. Law students will have the opportunity to learn about various substantive areas of New Jersey criminal law and will be expected to have strong legal research and writing skills. All interns are also required to have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
H2 Heading: Exposure to Various Areas of Criminal Law
In addition to the assigned duties and responsibilities, interns will have the opportunity to observe and work with experienced Detectives and Deputy Attorneys General. This may include attending court appearances and even the chance to observe proceedings at the New Jersey Supreme Court. Interns will also have access to the Summer Intern Brown Bag Lunch Program, where they can learn from professionals about investigations, substantive law, and litigation techniques.
