- Deep expertise in one or more areas of NILC's policy work required, with preference for experience in immigrants' rights and health and economic justice
- 7-9+ years of experience in public policy and working with stakeholders on legislation, regulations, and other policy
- Must be proficient in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
- Travel to Washington . or other states may be required, up to 25% of the time
- Remote work available in select states
- Competitive salary range of $111,800 - $139,800 with a comprehensive benefits package
- Must live in one of the work locations to be considered for the role
