Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiating, drafting, and documenting commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, financing, and equity investment structures.
- Handling conventional debt financing transactions and reviewing title insurance policies.
- Representing lenders, co-lenders, and intercreditor parties in various transactions.
- Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Communicating and negotiating effectively with clients and other parties.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in transactional real estate, with a strong track record in key areas.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and finance.
- Excellent drafting skills for legal and financial documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired but not necessary.
