Salary Information:
- Estimated range for California, Colorado, Illinois, and Washington: $100,000 to $147,000 per year
- Actual compensation will be based on various factors including experience, certifications, and market data
- Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus
Job Title: Litigation Support Senior Analyst
Experience:
- At least five (5) years of eDiscovery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field
- eDiscovery certification preferred
- Project Management certification preferred
Department: Litigation and Investigation (“L&I”)

Responsibilities:
- Create matter specific workspaces
- Prepare and load ESI per case team instructions
- Manage access to workspaces
- Create views, tags, and other features for document review
- Assist with Early Case Assessment strategies
- Assist with document preparation and production
- Assist with eDiscovery and other projects as required
- Develop and update Litigation Support workflows
- Create and maintain eDiscovery best practices
- Provide training and support to users
- Monitor workload and assign work to support services vendor
- Manage litigation support team projects
- Advise on AI capabilities in the litigation support space
- Create AI use cases in collaboration with stakeholders
- Adopt team specific solutions
- Protect firm and client data
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least five (5) years of eDiscovery experience
- eDiscovery certification preferred
- Project Management certification preferred
Travel: Limited
