Job Title: Law Firm Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients by answering incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with courteous and professional assistance.
- Schedule client consultations and manage attorneys' appointment calendars efficiently.
- Maintain and update client records accurately within case management systems.
- Assist clients with document submissions, intake forms, and provide updates on general case statuses.
- Coordinate follow-ups and reminders for clients about case developments and important deadlines.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues to appropriate legal team members when necessary.
- Educate clients on general legal procedures while ensuring adherence to confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
Education and Experience Information:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a law firm environment, is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clio is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
