Litigation Attorney (FT) The candidate must have 3+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience required, with trial experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Must possess strong legal writing and research skills and be well versed in all facets of litigation, including Texas Procedure, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, motions practice, negotiating cases with insurance companies and defense counsel, attending court hearings, mediations, and trials.
