Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management - Tax Senior Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead digitization and automation efforts to enhance efficiencies within the Financial Services Tax team.
- Analyze and solve intricate tax challenges, maintaining rigorous professional standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and fostering their professional development.
- Foster and sustain strong client relationships to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

- Navigate complex tax scenarios effectively, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Grow personal brand and technical skills, deepening technical expertise and awareness of strengths.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is necessary.
- Candidates must demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements for CPA licensure as per respective state regulations.
- A CPA or commitment to pass the CPA exam before promotion to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or be a Member of the Bar, is required.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $208,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is specifically listed for roles based in Maryland, and actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Additionally, the company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
