Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is necessary.
- Candidates must demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements for CPA licensure as per respective state regulations.
- A CPA or commitment to pass the CPA exam before promotion to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or be a Member of the Bar, is required.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $208,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is specifically listed for roles based in Maryland, and actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
