Job Title:
Asbestos/Toxic Tort Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The associate attorney will be part of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice at the law firm. Responsibilities include representing clients in toxic tort and environmental matters across state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials. This includes handling Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation. The attorney will represent a diverse client base, from generators, landowners, municipalities, and site operators to multi-national corporations and family-owned local companies. The role involves acting as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability litigation, such as asbestos cases and automotive litigation.

Education and Experience Information:
The candidate must have two (2) to four (4) years of experience in product liability, mass torts, toxic torts, asbestos, or benzene litigation. Admission to the Florida Bar is a mandatory requirement. Although experience in toxic tort and environmental law is preferred, candidates with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in these fields are also encouraged to apply.
