Salary: $240,000-$300,000 (depending on experience)

Position Summary:
Snell & Wilmer, a leading law firm in California, is seeking a highly qualified Corporate & Securities Associate with a strong background in venture capital financing. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on startup formation, venture capital financing, and emerging company representation. This is a full-time, partnership-track position that offers eligibility for the firm's benefit plans, including a 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan, and consideration for annual discretionary bonuses. The selected candidate will work in one of our California offices - Los Angeles, Orange County, Palo Alto, or San Diego.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage venture capital deal execution
- Supervise and train junior attorneys
- Provide legal advice and support to clients in startup formation, venture capital financing, and emerging company representation
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and practice groups within the firm
Qualifications:
- At least four years of corporate law practice experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to practice law in California
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience with venture capital deal execution and supervising/training junior attorneys preferred
