Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should have the following qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in public and private equity offerings, including private placements, IPOs, and follow-on offerings
- Familiarity with SEC and other regulatory processes, as well as ongoing reporting requirements for public companies
- Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters
- Substantive legal experience with high-growth, early-stage businesses and active investors
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Enthusiasm and success in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Effective problem-solving abilities and creativity in finding solutions for clients
- Ability to engage with clients, lead projects, and provide exceptional service
- Excellent academic credentials from a top law school
- Admitted to practice law in California

Salary Information
The base compensation range for this position is $230,000 - $265,000. However, this does not include discretionary bonuses and other career-enhancing opportunities. The total compensation package for a successful candidate will be higher.
