Business Immigration Attorney The candidate's duties include: Conduct in depth research to support client requests and projects; Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents; Develop expert level understanding of your client base and industries that you support; Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues, share information and support client projects; Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural, case processing issues and case strategy; Develop an understanding of the firm's practice areas and services provided; Assist with the maintenance of case work quality and consistency on the assigned team(s). Evaluate cases and assist in providing case strategies and/or solutions to issues. May liaise with other attorneys or departments in the firm on projects. Conduct comprehensive review of filings. Perform legal research and prepare legal memoranda and/or legal briefs. Analyze facts, patterns and legal issues to provide sound legal advice. Prepares immigration-based filings for case management. Continue to grow as a professional through continued interaction with other team members; Operate at all times with the utmost integrity and loyalty to the team; Should have Juris Doctor degree.
