Duties:

  • Conduct legal due diligence on . antitrust implications of corporate transactions

  • Advise clients on a wide range of antitrust issues, including mergers, joint ventures, unilateral conduct, and cartel investigations

  • Prepare antitrust filings and related documentation for regulatory agencies

  • Provide strategic counsel to domestic and international clients on investment and competitive practices

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage complex matters efficiently

  • Contribute to litigation and advocacy in private antitrust actions and government investigations

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience practicing . antitrust law at a top law firm or governmental agency

  • Demonstrated experience with merger review, investigations, and competition litigation

  • Strong client service orientation and ability to manage sophisticated legal work

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited . law school or equivalent foreign legal education (LLM)

Certifications:

  • Admission in good standing to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice (. or NY)

  • Willingness and eligibility to become admitted in the jurisdiction if not already

Skills:

  • Superior legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
