Immigration Associate Attorney – New Jersey Office

Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated Immigration Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our team in our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have a strong passion for immigration law. Responsibilities:

- Meet with prospective clients to discuss their immigration matters
- Devise strategies and customize immigration documents for clients
- Draft immigration and family pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Supervise and delegate work to paralegals and assistants
- Prepare for and attend immigration and family court hearings
- Supervise applications and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of attorney experience in immigration law
- Active member of the State Bar
- Fluent in Spanish
