Law Firm is currently seeking all-level associates with experience in sponsor or lender side finance to join our team in New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual looking to advance their career in the legal industry. As a Finance Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated financings for a variety of corporate finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent lenders (investment and commercial banks, business development companies, etc.) and borrowers (private equity sponsors) in complex financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, and special situations
- Provide legal advice and counsel on various financial transactions
- Negotiate and draft transaction documents
- Conduct due diligence and assist with closing transactions
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure successful completion of transactions
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar (or willingness to become admitted)
- 2-6 years of experience in finance law at a peer firm
- Strong understanding of financial transactions and related laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation:
