Job Title: US 2L Diversity Fellowship

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the 2026 summer associate program at the law firm.
- Engage in activities that promote diversity and inclusion within the legal profession and the broader community.
- Work within specific practice areas such as general corporate, business litigation, technology transactions, and life sciences during the summer program.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must be a full-time law student enrolled in an American Bar Association-accredited law school with an expected graduation date of May/June 2027 (or December 2026).
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion is required.
- Strong academic performance in law school is necessary.
- Personal achievements, leadership ability, and community service involvement are considered in the selection process.

Salary Information:
- Award recipients will receive a paid summer associate position.
- A $20,000 payment is provided if the recipient spends at least eight weeks with the law firm during the 2026 summer program and receives and accepts a full-time employment offer.
- An additional $20,000 is paid upon joining the firm as a full-time associate, included in the first paycheck.

Eligibility:
- Open to law students who fulfill the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Applicants must be able to participate in and complete the 2026 summer program.
- Immediate family members of any partner or employee of the law firm are not eligible.

- Law school academic performance.
- Personal achievements and leadership abilities.
- Involvement in community service.

Application Process:
- Submit a complete online application, including a personal statement (up to one single-spaced page) addressing the selection criteria, a current résumé, graduate program transcripts (if applicable), and a law school transcript.
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Only one application may be submitted per applicant.

- Applicants must list their area of interest within specific practice areas in the application.
