Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate Attorney II in the field of Immigration. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Associate Attorney II will serve as a primary point of contact for corporate clients and their employees, providing guidance and support on a variety of immigration issues. This role also involves supervising Paralegals and Legal Assistants in the preparation and filing of immigration case work.

Responsibilities:

- Assess eligibility of foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status
- Supervise and review initial filings and RFE responses prepared by paralegals/legal assistants
- Work with client Legal/HR/Immigration/Mobility staff to prepare visa petitions and applications
- Assist in developing and implementing immigration compliance initiatives
- Train and mentor paralegal and support staff on immigration practice and procedure
- Conduct research on immigration law and procedures
- Prepare legal correspondence and memoranda
- Maintain confidentiality of client information

Qualifications:

- . or . degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active and unrestricted license to practice law in at least one . state
- Minimum of two years of experience preparing non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Able to work efficiently under strict deadlines and handle high case volumes
- Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

- Constant use of computer and office productivity machinery
- Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
