- Seeking entry level or junior associate with zero to two years of experience to join its busy and expanding energy regulatory practice in Austin

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative litigation counsel for utility clients in state public utilities commission proceedings
- Offer strategic policy, regulatory, legislative, and transactional advice and support
- Work on complex policy issues at the forefront of the industry
- Collaborate with colleagues and client subject matter experts
- Develop relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
- Develop professional skills and interests
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Texas or plans to become licensed in Texas in 2024
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Superb writing ability
- Excellent analytical skills
- Sound judgment
- Passion for energy regulatory litigation and policy, and transactions
- Ability to work closely with colleagues and client subject matter experts
- Flexible and creative mindset
