Job Description

Law firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Insurance Services group. This position is based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team. The role involves representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas. These areas include, but are not limited to, bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters.

This position is particularly suited for individuals interested in career growth. Job Responsibilities

- Represent national and international insurance clients in complex coverage areas.
- Handle matters related to bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability.
- Manage a diverse and challenging caseload with significant responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Contribute to the professional development of the firm's legal services.

Education and Experience

- Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
- Experience representing clients in first and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
