Job Title: Office Services/Hospitality Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
The Office Services/Hospitality Clerk position involves a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth operation of the law firm's Boise office. The responsibilities include filing documents, managing internal and external deliveries and pickups, and performing hospitality duties such as setting up and cleaning refreshments. The role also requires copying, scanning, and printing documents, handling mail receipt and distribution, and restocking and ordering supplies as needed. Additionally, the clerk will serve as a backup receptionist when required. The position demands a positive, professional attitude, a people-oriented and self-motivated approach, and the ability to perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Candidates for the Office Services/Hospitality Clerk position must possess a high school diploma or GED. The role requires at least two years of experience in a professional office setting or a similar role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is necessary, and candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential, along with effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and employees within the law firm. A high level of professionalism and a friendly demeanor are also required. Punctuality is mandatory for this role.
Salary Information:
The position is part-time, with available shift hours on Thursdays and Fridays each week from 8:30 . to 5:00 . The minimum hourly rate is negotiable and commensurate with experience. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license.
