**Members Only**, a leading law firm in New York and Washington, DC, is seeking a Counsel with significant experience in commercial real estate finance to join our Real Estate Finance group. We offer a diverse and middle market focused practice, representing both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of sophisticated transactions. Our clients include commercial banks, private debt funds, private equity investors, insurance companies, REITs, developers, and other players in the real estate investment market.

The ideal candidate will have the experience and desire to lead transactions and manage deals with the support of our talented team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with strong drafting and communication skills, who are able to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

Salary Information:
- Base salary range: $330,000-$400,000 per year
- Actual salary rate offered will depend on factors such as years of experience, education, bar admissions, and overall qualifications
- Comprehensive bonus system with opportunities for bonuses ranging from $10,000-$200,000+ based on hours, business generation and expansion, and outstanding performance

- Draft and review legal documents
