A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in Minneapolis, MN. This position offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to become part of a dynamic team in a growing location.
Duties
- Represent clients in products liability defense and other litigation matters.
- Draft and argue discovery and other motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Manage document productions.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, class actions, and complex litigation.
- Experience in products liability or multi-district litigation preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar.
- Willingness to join the Minnesota Bar if admitted elsewhere.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the Minnesota Bar or eligibility to obtain it.
