They are currently seeking an experienced AVP Counsel to join their Financial Institutions Claims team, with a focus on managing claims related to policies issued by the US Financial Institutions team. Responsibilities for this role include handling US FI claims and related processes, evaluating exposures and making claim decisions, providing coverage analysis, supporting underwriting with legal review and policy drafting, and communicating with various departments within the organization. The successful candidate will have a law degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in D&O claims handling or related litigation. Preference will be given to those with experience in both a law firm and insurance carrier, as well as pursuing insurance-related designations. The salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $195,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
