Job Responsibilities
Associates at the law firm are tasked with a wide range of responsibilities that are critical for effective litigation. These include:
- Investigating and analyzing potential claims to assess their viability.
- Drafting legal memos, complaints, and briefs to support litigation efforts.
- Managing all phases of discovery, which involves taking and defending depositions.
- Preparing for and attending trials to represent clients effectively.
- Participating in settlement discussions to negotiate favorable outcomes for clients.
- Working primarily in the antitrust litigation practice area, with opportunities to engage in other practice areas such as commercial & financial disputes, consumer protection, data breach, environmental, and human rights.

Education and Experience Information
Candidates should have two to five years of litigation and/or clerkship experience. A strong academic background is essential, along with excellent writing skills and analytic ability. Applicants must be licensed and in good standing or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia, California, New York, or Pennsylvania.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000 annually.
