Requirements for the Role

- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience as a corporate attorney in a top-tier law firm
- Focus on M&A and/or venture capital and private equity transactions, equity financings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters
- Understanding of sponsor-related transactions and interest in helping grow a practice
- Team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent professional recommendations

Compensation and Expectations

At Holland & Hart, we believe in merit-based compensation and evaluate our associates on their individual performance and contributions to the team's efforts. Our salary range for this position, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, is $207,500 - $255,000. We expect associates to invest 1800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), and at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We also encourage our lawyers to engage in various committees and firm activities to contribute to the life of the firm and ensure its collective success.

Salary Range and Benefits Summary

Our compensation is merit-based, and we offer a discretionary bonus based on performance. Associates are also eligible for fee splits.
