- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Superior analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Past experience handling lawsuits in state and federal court

Responsibilities:

- Function independently and as a member of a trial team
- Handle lawsuits from inception through trial
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and legal precedents
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Prepare and argue motions
- Negotiate settlements
