Job Responsibilities:
The Summer Associate Program at the law firm is a critical component for recruiting outstanding associates and ensuring the future success of the firm. During the program, summer associates will have the opportunity to engage in several projects with different lawyers across a variety of practice areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Observing and, when possible, assisting in trials, hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
- Participating in client meetings and closings.
- Undertaking substantive and challenging work assignments, including Pro Bono matters.
- Receiving mentoring from partners and associates.
- Engaging in a collaborative work environment.
- Participating in writing skills training and receiving guidance and detailed feedback on work products.
- Networking at various social events.
- Attending interactive training workshops, including M&A and deposition skills.
Education and Experience Information:
The law firm is accepting applications from rising second-year law students who will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. The firm seeks students who demonstrate the hallmarks of successful associates, including:

Preferred candidates are those committed to working for a dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm on complex legal matters across practices and offices to help clients overcome challenges and find innovative solutions. Law students with outstanding academic credentials, superior writing skills, and membership in Law Review, Journal, or Moot Court are preferred.
Salary Information:
The expected salary wage for the Summer Associate position is $4,327 per week.
