Inclusion Fellowship Details:
- The 1L Fellow will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the McDermott Summer Associate Program, including training, networking, and social events.
- A mentor will provide guidance throughout the summer and school year.
- A $15,000 scholarship will be awarded towards the Fellow's law school education upon completion of the 2025 Summer Program.
- Successful Fellows are eligible to return as a 2026 Summer Associate.
Eligibility:
- Open to law students enrolled at ABA-accredited law schools.
- A commitment to promoting justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the firm.
- Strong academic and personal achievements.
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career at McDermott.
- Intent to live and practice in the Miami region.
- Anticipated JD graduation date of Spring 2027.
