##### **Members Only** - Corporate Partner with Book of Business

**Members Only** is looking for an experienced corporate transactional partner with a book of business to join their offices in Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Waco, and Austin. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with corporate, M&A, and/or real estate matters and a portable client base. Additionally, the candidate must have proven business development skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

- 8+ years of corporate transactional experience with either a large law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique
- Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills
- Portable book of business (at least $500K ideal)
- Licensed in Texas, Florida, or California
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
