Duties:

  • Represent property owners and management clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials

  • Oversee active dockets in multiple local courts concurrently

  • Prepare and file pleadings, legal motions, and supporting documents

  • Provide legal guidance related to property leasing, housing regulations, and compliance

  • Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel and relevant third parties

  • Serve as a key point of contact for client updates, case progress, and legal strategy

  • Support a collaborative legal team while handling responsibilities independently

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Bar and in good standing in both Missouri and Kansas

  • Demonstrated ability to manage litigation workflows across multiple jurisdictions

  • Strong interpersonal skills and courtroom demeanor

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure

  • Professionalism in client and court communications

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas (required)
