Duties:
Represent property owners and management clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
Oversee active dockets in multiple local courts concurrently
Prepare and file pleadings, legal motions, and supporting documents
Provide legal guidance related to property leasing, housing regulations, and compliance
Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel and relevant third parties
Serve as a key point of contact for client updates, case progress, and legal strategy
Support a collaborative legal team while handling responsibilities independently
Requirements:
Admission to the Bar and in good standing in both Missouri and Kansas
Demonstrated ability to manage litigation workflows across multiple jurisdictions
Strong interpersonal skills and courtroom demeanor
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure
Professionalism in client and court communications
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas (required)
