Job Title: Family Law Associate Attorney

Department: Family Law

Experience: Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred, but all levels will be considered. Must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.



Responsibilities:

Conduct new client consultations
Attend court, mediations, and depositions
Research and prepare cases for court
Review cases
Participate in team trainings
Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
Ensure excellent customer service for clients
Meet with current clients to provide top-quality service
Handle a high volume of cases
Manage cases from start to finish

- Support provided by mentor, assigned case manager, and weekly training sessions
- All levels of experience considered, must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar in good standing
