**Members Only**, a prominent law firm in Philadelphia, is currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience to join our highly skilled and collaborative Trust & Estates Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented attorney to work with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As an Associate Attorney in our Trust & Estates Department, you will be responsible for providing sophisticated estate and gift tax expertise to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex matters and collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a candidate with excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of estate and gift tax law.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar admissions, with Florida and New York admissions being highly encouraged. An LLM in Taxation is also preferred. Responsibilities:
• Provide sophisticated estate and gift tax expertise to clients
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and other legal documents
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on complex matters
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service
• Stay updated on changes in estate and gift tax laws and regulations
Qualifications:
• 4-7 years of experience in estate and gift tax law
• Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar admissions (Florida and New York admissions highly encouraged)
• LLM in Taxation preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
