Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and draft basic governance documents
- Manage corporate governance, ownership, and secretarial information for global subsidiaries
- Support corporate transactions and data entry for subsidiaries in enterprise-wide database
- Assist with internal requirements for construction licensing applications and renewals
- Maintain contacts with internal departments, outside counsel, customers, vendors, and government agencies
- Assist senior counsel with responses to due diligence inquiries
- Manage global entity management compliance
- Provide guidance on subsidiary governance and entity management matters
- Assist with preparation, approval, and maintenance of corporate governance documents

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and drafting skills
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work effectively with all levels within the company
- Experience in corporate department of large international law firm and/or corporate in-house legal team for global private company
- Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new technology
- VA Notary or willingness to become one
