The Product Liability & Mass Torts Associate will become an integral member of trial teams handling significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers across various industries. The role involves working collaboratively within a team that emphasizes exceptional client service and offers associate development opportunities. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging in tort litigation, specifically focusing on mass torts, product liability, and toxic/environmental torts.
- Conducting thorough research and providing strong written and oral advocacy.
- Participating in trials and legal proceedings in challenging jurisdictions for corporate clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must possess 3 to 5 years of tort litigation experience.
- A background in mass torts, product liability, and/or toxic/environmental torts at a large law firm is required.
- Outstanding academic credentials are necessary.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential.
- Local bar admission is required.

Salary Information:
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range for the Product Liability & Mass Torts Associate position is $235,000 to $365,000. The salary offer will depend on various factors, including relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
