Probate, Guardianship, and Estate Planning Attorney The candidate will prepare legal documents and other documents necessary in order to comply with federal, state, and local regulations relating to estate planning, probate, guardianship, or trust matters. Internal audits, preparation of annual accountings, and other relatable tasks. Attend hearings in Person and Zoom/Teams/Online. Communicate with Clients. Assist with social media and marketing.
The candidate should preferably have Litigation experience preferred with 3 years of experience practicing as an attorney preferably in probate court; Licensed and in good standing with the Florida bar; the unique ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines; commitment to doing high-quality work; persistency; comfort with working independently; the courage to think critically about a case; willingness to follow and use systems, and to develop new ones; creativity; an entrepreneurial spirit; a willingness to make a long term commitment and eventually become an asset to the firm. Must be super Proficient in the standard computer and programs (we are an all-windows law firm with cloud-based systems including practice management software); conscientious; be inherently neat and organized; organized and have excellent case management skills.
