The Opportunity:

The Role:
- As a Corporate Associate, you will primarily work with startups and emerging growth companies
- Handle a variety of tasks, including formations, financings, federal and state securities compliance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and more
- Assist with employment, consulting, and equity compensation-related matters
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm's Emerging Business & Venture Capital Group

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a focus on emerging growth companies
- Experience working with venture capital funds, in-house at a technology startup, or at a reputable law firm with a focus on emerging growth companies
- Strong understanding of corporate law and securities regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
