Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Associate will be responsible for advising on a comprehensive range of privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters. This includes working on corporate and technology transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other commercial and strategic transactions. The candidate will work with an industry-leading team providing counsel to both private and public companies across diverse industries, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, software, and fintech.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, technology transactions, or similar transactional work. Experience in technology industries, regulatory policy, and enforcement is desirable. CIPP certification is considered a plus. Candidates should hold superior academic credentials and possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $260,000, depending on the year classification. In addition to the base salary, discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
