Job Summary:
- Seeking a dynamic and experienced prosecutor to review and prepare cases for presentation to the Grand Jury

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited and American Bar Association (ABA) approved law school
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona by the time of hire
- Valid Arizona driver's license upon hire
- May require overtime availability to respond to after-hour inquiries

Job Contributions:
- Represent the State before the Grand Jury
- Review and prepare cases for presentation to the Grand Jury
- Work with and prepare law enforcement witnesses for testimony in front of a Grand Jury
- Answer legal questions asked by Grand Jurors
- Assist with reviewing cases to make charging decisions
- Comply with all rules regulating professional responsibility
- Cover court and other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:
- Courtroom setting in a high volume, fast-paced environment with frequent stressful situations
- May require extended periods of sitting, standing, or moving about while performing duties
- Ability to travel to and from various County locations for court appearances, meetings, and training
- Ability to move up to 20 pounds
- Possibility of some teleworking after the first year of employment
