Job Responsibilities

As a Talent Integration Coordinator at the law firm, your primary role is to support the Talent Integration team and other departments in integrating lateral partners and their clients into the firm. Key responsibilities include:

- Analyzing, reviewing, and revising integration plans for lateral partners.
- Scheduling and assisting with meetings for lateral partners and following up on action items.
- Reviewing, revising, and analyzing reports concerning lateral partner clients and collaborating with colleagues to provide action plans.
- Coordinating strategy with Marketing and Business Development on the integration of lateral partners and clients.
- Maintaining the Talent Integration's internal website/intranet.
- Managing data and resources used for Talent Integration and new lateral partners.
- Communicating effectively with various departments of the firm regarding the integration of new lateral partners.

Education and Experience Information

Minimum Education

- Associate’s Degree

Minimum Years of Experience

- 2 years of experience in a law firm setting or professional services environment.

Desired Skills

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to review and analyze reports.
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills with attention to detail, both orally and in writing.
- Must be a self-starter and able to interact with team members, business professionals, lawyers, and other firm departments.

Salary Information

The expected hiring range for this position at the law firm is - per year, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and overtime will be paid in accordance with applicable laws.
