Job Title: Sr. Litigation Attorney/Jr. Partner - Bodily Injury

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions.
- Analyze discovery issues and prepare reports for clients.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and meetings with clients.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Assist with trial preparation and attend trials.
- Use Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must have 7+ years of litigation experience.
- Prior experience in insurance defense is required.
- Experience with personal injury and bodily injury claims is required.
- Trial experience is highly desired.
- Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- Stellar academic credentials are required.
- Should possess a strong drive for success and aspire to leadership roles.
- Must have a client-centric approach with a commitment to exceptional client service.
- Organizational skills and effective communication are crucial.
