PI Legal Secretary The candidate will answer telephone calls from existing and prospective clients. Sort, distribute, and scan mail, incoming faxes, and documents related to a client's case. Assist paralegal(s) and legal assistant(s) with clerical work and filing. Set up files for new clients. Open new claims with insurance companies. Thoroughly organize and index client files and documents. Should preferably have 1+ years of experience at a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm. Spanish skills are preferred.
