**Members Only**, a national law firm with multiple locations in the United States, is currently seeking a Fiduciary Litigation Associate to join our team in Dallas. As a Fiduciary Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with our Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit, handling fiduciary litigation, asset disputes, and contested probate and trust litigation. We are looking for candidates with experience representing parties in various cases, such as contested probate administration, contested trust administration, guardianship cases, will contests, and other estate planning controversies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, and superior interpersonal skills. With an active Texas bar license, you should also demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies.
