Dinsmore, a top national law firm with a team of over 750 attorneys in 30 cities, is seeking a senior associate for their Commercial Finance and Banking Practice Group in multiple locations. This position requires a minimum of four years of experience in commercial real estate loan transactions, with a preference for candidates with experience in Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA multifamily lending and affordable housing.

The ideal candidate will hold a license to practice in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania, and have a strong academic background with exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of regional and national clients, providing significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex transactions.

Responsibilities:
-Handle all aspects of complex commercial real estate loan transactions for regional and national clients
-Provide significant client contact and maintain strong relationships with clients of all sizes
-Conduct thorough research and analysis to support legal transactions and cases
-Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
-Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals

Requirements:
-Minimum of four years of experience in commercial real estate loan transactions
-Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA multifamily lending and affordable housing is preferred
