This position requires a minimum of four years of experience in commercial real estate loan transactions, with a preference for candidates with experience in Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA multifamily lending and affordable housing. The ideal candidate will hold a license to practice in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania, and have a strong academic background with exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of regional and national clients, providing significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex transactions.
