Job Description:

- As a Commercial Litigation Trial Partner, you will be responsible for managing complex commercial litigation cases from start to finish.
- You will handle a diverse caseload of high-value and high-profile commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and business torts.
- You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and objectives and develop effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- You will lead a team of associates and paralegals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest quality of work.
- You will also be responsible for business development and expanding our client base through networking and building strong relationships with potential clients.
- You will represent our law firm in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings, and provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients.
- You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in commercial litigation and use your knowledge and expertise to provide innovative solutions to complex legal issues.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 15-25 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Business development experience and a proven ability to generate new business.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed.
