The Phillips Lytle Law Firm is seeking an experienced Energy Attorney to join our expanding Energy and Renewables Practice. The ideal candidate for this position will have 4-8 years of experience in handling regulatory matters related to the energy sector. They should be familiar with practicing before state public utility commissions and have experience with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, or similar regional transmission organizations. While prior work experience in the government or at a utility or energy company is a plus, it is not required.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree
- 4-8 years of experience in regulatory matters related to the energy sector
- Familiarity with state public utility commissions and federal energy regulatory agencies
